After Launching Successful Restaurant Soho Wala Preet Tandi is coming up with his Signature Restaurant Colchester Kitchen by Preet Tandi at Prested Hall Hotel. Tandi was also part of many successful Restaurants like Nobu London, Mayfair Kitchen, Leicester Square Kitchen and Monmouth Kitchen. Chef has Designed Menu for many Successful Restaurants according to their concept.
He is going to try unique cuisine concept where Japanese food will be served with Mexican influence, this is something very particular, which never had been tried before in the world.
The interior has been designed to capture the voracious spirits of Mexican and Japanese Market Places, bursting with colour and delicious vibrancy.
The 80 – cover restaurant will offer guest the flexibility to dine at leisure, with small sharing plates for group celebration. Plates can also be ready within a matter of minutes for quick pit stop, with Mexican & Japanese spice influenced cocktails.
Dishes from the Menu will include Edamame with yuzu butter and chipotle emulsion; Grilled Poussin with tequila truffle teriyaki; 50°C cooked salmon with habanero miso; Smokey berries with beer coulis, yogurt ice cream & blueberry foam.
The venue will host delectable offering as the Capital’s latest go – to for contemporary Japanese food with Mexican influence in a buzzing and welcoming atmosphere.
