Gourmet Associates Limited (GAL) trading as Madhu’s2Go, will create the ulitmate South Asian Premium Takeaway experience. GAL aims to establish itself as a nationwide franchisor in the next 5 years, starting with signature owned outlets in the London region within its first year. This will then follow with the roll out of the franchise model across Greater London and the Midlands eventually expanding across the UK.
