Founder Chef Preet Tandi 

Chef Preet Tandi is founder and main driving force behind London Food guild ,he is multi talented chef with a wealth of experience in luxury and Michelin dining.

He is cooking since a young age with his family but really developed his passion for food during his hospitality degree. He is strongly about experimenting and designing wide ranges of dishes from different cultures and creating a contemporary style food.

Highlights of his career so far cooked for British Royal family with Asian Trust .

Preet joined the Raddison Edwardian in 2016 to assist in the launch of its Italian and Peruvian-inspired restaurant concept Monmouth Kitchen at the group’s Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street hotel.

 

He also oversaw the restaurant’s sister fusion concepts May Fair Kitchen at the May Fair hotel, Leicester Square Kitchen at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire hotel and kitchen operation within a portfolio of other 9 properties across London and Manchester .

He was previously an executive head chef at Madhu’s Heathrow Sheraton Hotel Bath Road  and a senior chef at Nobu London .

 

He had done Celebrity destinations wedding in Fairmont Montreux Palace Switzerland /Hilton Park Lane London/ Nobu London Tetwoth Hall / Ciragan Palace Istanbul Turkey to coordinate between chefs at different sites to develop menu do food tasting with guest and train the chefs. He is behind the success of my restaurants in London and around the world.

Founder Ayush Mehta

In one line - I love exploring different cuisine and reviewing Restaurants.  

Ayush Mehta is founder of  London Food guild   where we write about Restaurants , London Hospitality News , Reviews in short all about food and Restaurants. From London to Dubai whether its services of Michelin Star or 5 star Food we will tell you how good they Performed or How Worst they Performed from Interior to Service it will be full on detailed Review cum Mystery Gap Audit. Ayush  was part of launches of my good Restaurant plus also  founded London Hospitality Group (LHG) ,London Tech Solutions with over 9 years of London Hospitality Experiences from Restaurants to Top Corporate and Hollywood type Event Management.
